Do you recommend IDs or contractors?
No. We teach you how to judge IDs yourself, so our advice stays neutral.
Can you review my renovation quotation?
Yes, as an add-on. Additional charges apply. WhatsApp us with your quotation and we'll let you know the fee.
I've already signed, or I'm mid-renovation. Can you help?
Yes. Different rates apply, so WhatsApp us with a short description of where your project is at.
What properties do you cover?
HDB flats (BTO and resale), condos and landed homes. We don't take commercial projects.
Where do we meet?
In person, anywhere in Singapore, by appointment, with no travel charge. Sessions are in English, for up to 2 people.
How do I pay?
By PayNow, in full, before the session. We send PayNow details on WhatsApp only after your date is confirmed.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, the fee is not refunded.
